Role: Corporate Partnerships Lead

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Corporate Partnerships Lead to drive our corporate partnerships initiatives. As the Corporate Partnerships Lead, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with corporate entities to support our organizational goals, enhance brand visibility, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of cultivating successful partnerships, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate partnerships strategy aligned with the company’s objectives and growth targets.
  • Identify and prioritize potential corporate partners, conducting market research and analysis to assess strategic fit, synergy, and partnership opportunities.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at prospective partner organizations, leveraging existing networks and forging new connections.
  • Lead partnership negotiations, including structuring agreements, defining partnership terms, and securing buy-in from both parties.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and legal, to develop and implement partnership initiatives effectively.
  • Drive the development of innovative partnership programs, campaigns, and joint ventures to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and partnership KPIs, tracking the success and impact of partnership activities and initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the corporate partnerships landscape.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to promote partnership opportunities and build strategic alliances.
  • Provide regular updates, reports, and presentations to senior management, highlighting partnership progress, opportunities, and challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate partnerships, business development, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing, negotiating, and managing corporate partnerships, preferably in a technology or B2B environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to navigate complex partnership agreements and contractual arrangements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities and the capacity to identify creative partnership opportunities.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes, ROI, and revenue growth through partnerships.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software; experience with Salesforce or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for meetings, partner engagements, and industry events.
